Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with the items you've received from Sharp Works but if not we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at mail@sharpworks.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please get a proof of postage for items returned as Sharp Works cannot take responsibility for returns which do not reach the shop. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges.  Please follow the same procedure as for Returns but include the items you would like in exchange in your email.  We can check stock levels of exchange items but cannot guarantee that these will be the same by the time we have received your returned order.  Placing a new order for the replacement items is the best way to secure stock - we will then refund your original order once we receive it.

A standard postage charge will be added to each exchange order.

If the exchange items are higher in value than those being returned we will send a payment request for the difference, if they are lower we will refund this amount (minus postage) to the original payment method.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the postage charge. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

Postage charges for items that are returned will not be refunded.

We do not cover return postage costs.
